Return Policy
At RelieveLab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 90-day return policy from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. The item must also be unused and undamaged.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team via email (support@RelieveLab.com), to get further instructions and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return form and instructions for how to send the item back to us.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
